DELIVERY INFORMATION

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED

You will receive an email from us on the day we despatch to your home address

Royal mail deliveries should be within 4 days but could take up to a week. Please email us if you have not had the delivery within a week

For orders sent by carrier, the next day you will receive delivery information from them by email/SMS.  If you do not get delivery advice from the carrier, then you need to email us

If you have not put a correct email address or mobile number on your order, you will not receive notification from us or the carrier

If you have requested school delivery, please log into your account and see the information for your school which is on every product page

The school should check the delivery packing list and if an order is missing, they would contact us. If you go to the school and they say your order is not in that delivery or packing list, please contact us CLICK HERE. We despatch the working day before school delivery and orders received on that afternoon may be too late to be included in that despatch
